Worst restaurant experience ever. Cattle Barron Tyger Waterfront
Myself and my husband celebrated our wedding anniversary yesterday (15/12/2020) and we decided to go out for supper. We chose the cattle barron at Tyger Waterfront as we just wanted a beautiful and peaceful evening. I was completely disgusted at the service we received. From the moment we arrived at the door we received bad service. Nobody acknowledged us. I had to look for someone to give us a table. We eventually got a table and waited almost 20 minutes for a waiter. We eventually got a waiter (Lorraine). She gave us terrible service. We did not receive our complimentary rolls. I had to ask for it after seeing her give rolls to all her other tables. We waited extremely long for our food. Eventually we received our food and our meal was disturbed by one of the managers and another waiter leaning over our table while we were eating trying to get a bottle of Jameson out of the cabinet that was above us. I felt that was totally rude and disrespectful to be treated this way. I felt that the manager and waiter looked down on us because we were colourds. I took serious offense at how we were treated. My anniversary was ruined. Myself and my husband couldn't wait to get out of the restaurant as the service was the worst I have ever come accross. And we came so far to have dinner only to be treated this way.
