Worst management ever

Im soooo disgusted with management at cattle baron Plattekloof, not only did they ***** up my Christmas lunch booking, but the manager that was on duty, Saturday the 8th of December, never returned any of my 7 calls i made

I phoned in October already to book Christmas lunch, at that time they coudnt even give me a menu but said they will confirm, took all my details, so weeks passed didn’t receive any confirmation so i called, i was told that there is no booking and they fully booked, I demanded to speak to the manager on duty but after 7 calls, they kept on saying he will phone me bac**** It never happened!!! Useless!!! Worst manager ever, and actually im glad that there came a mix up cause i cant c myself spending my Christmas in such a ****ty restaurant.... shame on you Cattle Baron... close your doors cause your management SUC****
