Worse food ever!!!

Went out for a dinner with friends as they suggested we try the Cattle Baron Brackenfell, walk in perfect setting very friendly staff for a perfect evening. So waiter came to table we wanted to order a bottle of wine he starts off by saying sorry we dont have wine.Loadshedding hits and everything goes hywire. Now I understand u have loadshedding things take longer but 2 hours for 4 burgers that just insane and about 6 tables that came after us got food before us 1 table came ate and left before we got our food pathetic.. Frikkie our waiter very friendly and tries everything to keep us calm and relax if it was not for him I would of walk out cause I kept thinking cattle baron will atleast make sure food is always good.But instead we git burgers that look like it was toshed together no effort and no taste at all let not get started on chips which tastes like it was boiled not fried and then no garlic sauce nore no salad for the 1 order but just gets replaced with horrible chips and cheese sauce 2hrs into service. Now about 2 30min in and manager strolls to table to asked is every ok I was to shocked to complain. Please send me and email a picture is as good as a 1000 words. Shocked!
