Wont remove me off their mailing list

I have tried to get my company email removed off the mailing list for months now and no one is helping me. I cannot even block the emails.<br> <br> I took over the position as well as the inbox, and for some reason the name being mailed to is Jonty Smithers going to [Email Removed]<br> <br> Please remove this address.
