Unhappy customer

Had a very bad experience ate Cattle Baron in Stellenbosch,the manager Stef was very rude,accusing me and my friends of putting hair in our veg when we made him aware of seeing hair in it,he even shuved his name badge in our faces telling us that he we can complain he does not care,even closed of by saying he can give us free veg because thats what we wanted in the 1st place.He needs to for a customer service cause to learn how to treat customers.
