Terrible service - Not once but Twice

On the 24th of May I invited 10 people to come and enjoy Cattle Baron with us. When we got there I asked Joy to bring and pour the champagne glasses. We were almost done eating when Joy came and asked me if she can pour the champagne. And it was not as if the restaurant were busy. Also the manager told me that we can't order a jug full of juice. We must order cans of juice that will be thrown in glasses.<br> <br> On the 31st of May we were 17 people celebrating my husbands 65th birthday and his retirement.I made this appointment 3 weeks prior and at that point there were a appointment for 50 people. When we arrived we were separated on 2 tables not close to each other. The other 50 people were one big table and together. And get this with jugs with juices?? <br> <br> The worst of all is that Joy told me there are just 10 wine glasses for the 17 of us. It is not rocket science.. You knew of our appointment and still you don't have enough glasses. Same story with champagne glasses. I then asked for it to be poured... I am still waiting<br> <br> The tips for the 2 times were over R400 and we spent +-R4000 for very bad service. Also people did not know where to queue for dishing up the food. Complete chaos!!
