Somebody seriously needs to jack things up!!!

Okay so we decided to take my gran out for her birthday lastnight for supper / Monday night burger specials. We were 9 people at an outside table. When ordering our drinks we waited and waited then it would arrive but then waited and waited again for ice - by the way it went it was asif the ice had to be made still.<br> Then on ordering our food oh wow - seriously please make sure you hire waiters who listen to a customer when ordering specific items!! our waiter was useless. after a long long wait which was flippin long our food came but not only that it came in drips and drags!! the whole point of eating out is to eat TOGETHER!!!! and along witht that only once we were all half way thru our meals some of us who were already finished our meals then only did the side veg arrive!~!!this waiter seriously had no idea what he was doing. and wait till you hear this - two of my family members which one of them was my grans was served her meal in a tiny kiddies plate!!!!??? how do you explain that??<br> <br> Not once did the waiter apologise let alone have a manager apologise for the inconvenience.<br> <br> All I can say is this was my very first time at this cattle baron and the worst!
