Shocking service

<div>A colleague and I recently went for a working dinner at Cattle Baron Plattekloof. Our first impressions were good. We arrived about 10 minutes before their opening time in the evening but they allowed us in to have drinks so long. At their official opening time we placed our order for two burgers and received them about 15 minutes later. Unfortunately the burgers were cold which was interesting because the chips were very hot. I informed the waiter of this, and he took our burgers back to be reheated. We then received our burgers without the top half of the bun. At this point we informed our waiter, and requested that both of our burgers be packaged to go, as by now a significant amount of time had passed already and we had both had a very long day at work. We were shocked to be told by the waiter... "that he had other customers to deal with first". We then proceeded to discuss this with the manager, who agreed it was unacceptable, and we were asked to only pay for the drinks. What really upset me here was that the waiter deemed that we weren't "important" enough. I don't know if it is because we were two coloured gentleman in a predominantly white area and therefore not deemed "important" enough. I most definitely will not recommend this branch to anyone.&nbsp; &nbsp; #BlackFriday&nbsp;</div>
