Service sucks!!!

I will never go back to Cattle Baron Durbanville again. Food was great but service was the worst. My husband booked a table for us at 17:30-17-45, we were there at 17:35 and there was about three tables full excluding us. We ordered our drinks, and we wanted to place our order for starters the same time but the waiters just took the order and walked away. We let it slide because we thought its okay, we’ll just take our time and chill, no biggy. Waiter comes like 10mins later with our drinks (quite long for a not so full restaurant when it was a bottle of champs and a bottle of beer, so nothing to be made) anyways we let it slide again. Once he brought the drinks he was about to walk away but we said no wait we want to order starters so he took the order, just 1 plate of snails. Took a while but its fine because my husband and i were having a conversation. At this point at least more than 30mins went by and the place was start to get busy. He came around once, asked if everything was okay, we said yes, my husband ordered another beer and he left. Once the beer came he took the dirty plate away and we wanted to order our food and we said wait we want to place our order and he said sure ill just be back now. Just over 15mins later he came back to take the order. We waited forever for our food but its okay because we could see it was busy but the waiter just wasnt available. He just kept walking past us the whole time. Eventually my husband stopped him and said dude we’ve been here hour and a half and we still just waiting for our mains. He said no its coming now now. 5mins later he brings the food. Bare in mind the people behind us got there atleast 40mins later than us and they had already gotten their starters and their food. Anyways we get the food, my husband ordered the habanero steak, it was only garlic butter, so we waited to flag down the waiter as i had already eaten half my ribs. The waiter said he will get the habanero sauce. Brought it, dropped it on my husbands lap and inbetween his legs on the floor. Waiter said he will bring another one and bring a cloth to clean it up and walked away. By this time i was 75% done eating since i was so hungry waiting for the food. Eventually the waiter brings the new sauce and walks away so my husband had to use the tissues on the table and bend underneath to clean the floor up so that he could sit comfortably again. Then my husband basically swallowed his steak as well since he was so hungry and our plates sat on the table as he kept walking past the whole time. Again my husband stopped him and said listen can we get a doggy bag and the waiter was about to walk away and my husband was like wait can you just stand still so That i can at least finish my sentence because you keep walking away and the waiters response was like “yeah but we busy” so mu husband got upset saying that so does that mean that we dont get good service because my beer glass has been empty for more than hour and you have not asked me for a refill and we have been waiting forever for our food. At this time we had already been there for two hours. So my husband said with the doggy bag, can you please bring along the bill and add a chocolate fondant for my wife because we cant wait so long again we need to be somewhere. 10mins later, we got everything and we eventually got home and when i decided okay i can eat my dessert now. It was frozen solid! The waiter literally gave me the dessert from the freezer, like what the actual F*** if i had to ask for a take away steak for breakfast, im sure that i would have gotten a frozen steak to braai myself! But the cherry on the cake was while we were waiting for the bill, we saw another waiter serving drinks to the table to our right and it was a large group of people so they were enjoying theirselves not paying attention and the waiter dropped the s**** on the floor for the ladies coffee and instead of getting a new clean s****, he just wiped it against his towel and served it like nothing happened. Absolutely appalling!!!!
