Rude Manager at Cattle Baron Somerset West

Jackie (management) was incredibly rude when I tried to place a telephonic order on Sunday (7 October '18). He shouted & commanded me to stop moving around and sit down because the line was bad. His tone was rude even before he chastised me for moving around. By the way, I was sitting down, not that it matters –there’s no need for rudeness to a paying customer.

I had to cut the call because he claimed he couldn’t hear me. When I called back a 2nd time to complain to management, he continued to speak rudely to me saying that I slammed the phone down on him. If he couldn’t hear anything how did he hear me “slamming” down the phone? He seemed annoyed that I was placing such a small order. After being a long standing customer at CattleB, I will no longer be supporting your business.
