Poor service from the manager Stef

Yesterday 17.12.18 we had a poor service from the manager of cattle baron at Stellenbosch he doesn't have the s****s of being a manager he doesn't know how to treat a complain myself and my 2lovely friend while we were enjoying our dinner we notice hair in the bow of vegetables we already eated most of the vege that was in that bow which is was batanate and creamy spinach i think,we were left with 3s**** then the hair was underneath of the vege after i saw the hair we called a waitress he's name was Simba he saw the hair he said he will tell our waitress Zozo and the manager Stef ,fine the manager come and told us he had we had a complain then we agree we told him what happened then he said it was only one teas**** was left and also there's mo way he's staff can put hair on the food because they cover their hair on the kitchen forgotten if waitresses,floor managers,people who was dishes dont cover them self when they are there ,we so shocked we ask him is he always there in the kitchen he said yes because he is a floor manager and kitchen manager we were the only black people who are there everyone was white We told him in meas we are lying about the hair he said properly may we want ather free bow of veges which is we told him we can pay even the one was free and we afford and its not about him giving us ather bow of vegetables its about what we saw then he said we can complain because won't listern what we are telling him he's name he's Stef then he walk away to us just like that after hour we called hum back because we thought now he's has come down he never come till we went home
