Poor Service and badly treated

We had the worst dining experience last night. We were made to feel like second class citizens even though we paid the same as everybody else in the restaurant. They had moved there smoking section into a passage like room and had not even prepared the room for customers. We had to set our own table and when we finally received our food it was ice cold. We were short on cutlery and were told they would get some but never arrived. One of the diners with me got up and fetched cutlery but it looked like it had never been washed. We were highly discussed. To get any service we had to keep calling the waitress - it was as if we were invisible. Also no lights except for a few candles. I don't know if there is new management but we having been dining there for years and have never experienced this.<br> They won't be seeing us anytime soon and if this carries on they will be losing customers as we were not the only ones to complain.<br>
