Not happy customer 👎🏽

I came to cattle baron in platterkloof 👎🏽👎🏽for my sisters birthday 🎂. We usually go to the pinelands branch and I’m happy with that branch 👌🏽💯. How ever the one in platterkloof was very bad I’m not happy at all. The food came super late, the cappuccino was cold then we asked for it to be made hot (not warm) then it came back not hot the one waiter said she is going to add hot water (how is that gonna make my drink hot?) not the waiter asking us how should I make it hot then I told her use the steamer or put it in the microwave Anyway….they never checked up on us I had to stand up and look for the waiter, we gave him a tip just out of kindness given that we were not happy with the service and he rejected 🙅🏽♀️ our tip….never coming to this branch again. 🙅🏽♀️👎🏽
