neglectful service issues

In canal walk last week and looking for a place to dine. We stood in front of Cattle Baron and decided not to go inside due to the last incident. <br> <br> About my email:<br> Supper on the 23 December 2014 at Cattle Baron Canal Walk. We waited about 20minutes for someone to come to our table. When our drinks order was taken I requested that the complimentary bread be brought to us with the drinks. The waiter failed to do so and the breads only came with the main meal. Being fully annoyed by the lack of service we received. At the end of the day I do feel as though I totally wasted R560.00 at the restaurant especially under the described circumstances.This clearly diminishes the Cattle Baron reputation and I may as well of spent that money at Dros or Spur. <br> <br> Management Response:<br> Mr Jacobs, it is regretful that you still feel that our Brand reputation has been diminished, since JP did point out that you should rather have perhaps drawn your dissatisfaction under the attention of the management in order that any necessary remedial measures could have been effected right there, on-site.This isolated incident is definitely NOT a reflection of the benchmark standards of food and service
