Groupon - Poor food quality

Let me start by saying the seafood groupon tasted good (even though it was cold) The beef fillet strips however tasted really bad, like deep fried dogfood. The manager arrived in his flipflops, and took the food away to check the quality. He said there is nothing wrong with it, but offered to replace it. We opted for the chicken schnitzel for takeaway, only to realise at home that it was completely dry, rock hard and tasteless. 2 out of 3 fails, I will certainly not eat there again
