Disappointing meal

Ordered grilled calamari and rice and received fried calamari and undercooked, actually still very raw and hard rice... They remade it for me, the rice came back cooked but the now grilled calamari tubes were crispy on all edges...for some reason... Previous nights meal was melt in ur mouth.
