Disappointed in the quality of the food - Cattle Baron Brackenfell

I was very disappointed with my meal on Friday evening at Cattle Baron Brackenfell. I wish I had taken a picture of the CHICKEN BACAMBERRY which I ordered with a salad. There was nothing spectacular about this dish even though it sounded delicious. This was a meal that I could have prepared at home for R40 max. Topped with 2 thinly sliced pieces of camembert not even melted, 3 pieces of bacon, I am no chef but have prepared tastier chicken fillets than what was served and there was no sign of cranberry coulis. The side salad was one that I could have done at home as well, it was not prepared with the type of salad ingredients you would expect at such a restaurant. It was lettuce from a lettuce head, with a chopped tomato. I have never had such a bad experience at Cattle Baron. I am very disappointed.
