Chef with no clue

We were a table of 12 on Sun 4th August 2024. Five people ordered steaks and NON of them were correct regarding on how they were cooked, ie, medium and medium rare - one person got rare when it should have been medium. How does a chef get ALL 5 steaks cooked wrong!!!!! So disappointing, I ordered fillet med/rare and it was close to well done. Cattle Baron are renowned for their steaks but if they cannot be cooked to the clients requirements then rather go to another steak house. Also they charge R55 corkage but on the website and the in-house menu it reads NO CORKAGE!!!!!!! We were on the veranda and it was so cold we all kept our jackets on for the whole time. Not a good experience. Will not go back.
