Brilliant food spoilt by poor service

We just had a late lunch at the CB at Langeberg Mall in Mosselbay, and therefore the restaurant was quiet with only a few customers. The service and ambience is doing an injustice to the brilliant food served. A noisy crowd that was asked by the manager once to tone it down continued for hours, The manager disappeared and is clearly not in control. No finger bowl or wet wipe accompanied the ribs! When we informed the waitress, she acknowledged our complaint by confirming it! Oh no, brilliant food spoilt by ******** service personnel.
