Brackenfell Cattle Baron - Extremely Poor Service on Special Occasion

BRACKENFELL BRANCH I made a reservation on the Monday because we had a special 80th birthday coming up and Cattle Baron was the favourite place. I phoned on Tues, Wed and Thursday making slight alterations to time or guest number, and each time saying how important it was that we get the best seats because it's for a special birthday. On the Saturday (27 July) 10 minutes from arrival for the set time, I received a call saying casually that we should arrive after 2pm as they had a function. The man I spoke to seemed extremely bored with my upset and he couldn't wait to put the phone down. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
