Bitterly dissapointed!

Due to finding bones in my fish at Ons Huisie,I explicitely asked before I placed the order, asking: " No bones,no scales" The waitress assured me that there wouldn't be. Well I had to fish out about 13 bones and to crown it all, the mash was sour. I was asked if I enjoyed my meal and I informed 2 waitresses of the above. I was told that the chef can't see the bones from inside the fish and there will always be some bones in their fish. Well buying a box of IJ Hake Fillets from Checkers have no bones! Why do they?

The one waitress went to speak the the manager on duty this eve 17 Aug 2022 durimg loadshedding at 19:30. The manager sent a message back that I could either have a coffee or Malva pudding on the house. I declined. Cattle Baron's manager clearly doesn't understand that coffee or pudding doesn't solve the problem, it just tries to cover up the problem. I received no explanation for the sour mash from anyone. I won't ever go there again The Paarl Cattle Baron was and still is the best Cattle Barron Tableview has given the brand a very bad name.
