Bad service. Poor hospitality

1. The hospitality we got from the waitress Sharon was very poor. Hardly ever there. Had to go and call her ourselves. 2. Waitress opened a bottle of sparkling wine and spilled. Listening to a conversation that had nothing to do with her, she walks out with the opened bottle and comes back with a new one. Tells us to open it ourselves as the one she opened previously was "waste" and now she has to pay for it. 3. This guy Stef who I think is the guy in charge, comes with the spoiled bottle to tell us the story of the wine with a bad attitude. 4. Waitress comes back and we confront her about the bottle story and politely told her, had she humbled herself in the first place she wouldn't have to pay for the bottle.. She went as far as telling us that it was not her fault the wine spilled.. Asked her to bring the spoiled bottle we will pay. 5. 8 out 10 of the plates that were ordered had burnt pork loin ribs which we asked to have them changed. 6. A guy in a check shirt, jeans and navy cap walks in and introduces himself as head chef to enquire about the complaint.. after listening he says he will call our waitress to have our ribs changed. Few mins later the Stef guy walks in ****ed off, tells us that he has heard alot of complaints from our table and asks us to pay for our drinks and leave the premises as we have caused him alot of waste. Threatened to have police called on us as we refused to be chased out for asking to have a plate that we paying for to be changed. Waited for a good 20 mins for the supposed police/security to be called on us. We packed up our decor into our vehicles and waited for the security outside. He called us *******, threatened to open a case against us for refusing to pay our bill. If this is how customers are treated in Cattle Baron Stellenbosch then it should be closed. Even the Tactical Armed response unit arrived and we told them we refuse to be treated and threatened as if we promised to not settle the bill.
