Bad service bad attitude

I was very dissapointed with the service yesterday.

Enroute home from holiday weekend we decided to stop at Cattle Baron in Herm****.

The Service was very bad.

When we first arrived everything seemed ok. It looked like a slow day for the resturant probably because of the weather, but this would mean great service as the resturant was quite empty.

Sadly this was not the case. Firstly I ordered a capaccino that was basically the size of an espresso which is really pathetic for the price, I then made a comment about it to the waitress Christie, who simply shrugged and said thats just how it is. That is a pathetic response as I was experessing dissatisfaction!

We then got our food which was 4 burger and chips orders and my friend ordered garlic sauce on the side which we had to then request again as it did not come with the food but before we could request it we had to find somone as nobody was around checking on our table. We also requested tamato sauce as we were not offered any sauce. Christie then brought 2 small dishes of sauce (one is only enough for one of us and just barely) I then asked if this is all the sauce we were getting to which she responded we only give one per plate I then looked up and said but we have 4 plates andyou brough two, her attitude in response was very sarcastic "do you want me to bring more" I then responded yes and she stormed off. We proceeded to eat and at no point did anyone check on the table at all, we were done eating and left sitting there waiting till I eventually had to get up and find someone to at least clear the table. When I complained the response was that Christi was on a call(yet I had seen her walking around in the resturant) again no apology. We then asked for the bill and when it came again nobody came back for us to pay we ended up walking to the front just to pay.

Pathetic service!!!!!!!!! What a terrible end to an otherwise perfect holiday!
