Bad service

So Dissapointed in the service we got at Cattle Baron Tokai, We waited an hour for our food to arrive, I then told the manager he apologized, ended up bringing us onion rings( I think that was his way to apologize) we don't eat onion rings, then to receive our bill gratuity already added to the bill, I went to go pay for our things, then the manager came to me to say he was preparing a dessert for us... Management s****s was not on par at all... I was so looking forward for this. Will definitely not go back anymore
