Bad buffet service & poor hygiene

Had the worst buffet dining experience today at Cattle Baron Paarl. In the middle of service no fill up on certain dishes. Hygiene poor as flies all over the food with no prevention taken from the personnel to eliminate. 3 hrs later still waiting for refill drink. Plus this is the first buffet I encountered with no desert included. Outrageous poor service from such a well known restaurant group in this pristine location.
