A great place with terrible staff and management.

I have been going to Cattle Baron for a while now, and on Friday the 27/03/2015, I had taken my partner and his family to the restaurant, when we went to the restaurant in the past we had been given great service, however this time around it was quite the opposite, 1stly I know we did not have a booking, so we went and yes they were busy, we managed to get seats great, however we were seated right below the air-conditioning and when we asked to either turn it down or move to another seat when it became available, we were told we cannot move and have to sit where we were seated, I felt like a prisoner in a restaurant, we orders our food, which took forever to get out and ordered my steak medium rare and when I received it was really rare, not what I had asked for, the waitress that took our orders was a very rude person who has no sense of customer service, was it the our appearance or was it that we were ***? I'm not sure as everyone else around us seemed to get constant attention and peoples seeing to them, or was it that the owner was not in that day as she normally visited every table and made sure her customers were satisfied.
