Dissapointed by Cattle Barron tygervalley Waterfront

On Mother's day I was out with my family at Cattle Baron at Tygervalley Waterfront for lunch. 25 minutes after arriving the waiter brought an order of drinks to the table, he was leaning over me to place the orange juice on the table for the person opposite me and subsequently proceeded to drop the balance of the drinks down the back of my shirt. I expected to see a manager to come and check ,but no one was forthcoming, I went and let my wet sticky shirt dry in the sun. when it was time to pay I enquired regarding the incident. I was then told by the manager I was the one that made the waiter drop the tray and there was nothing he could do about it then ,but he would call me the next day. I paid my bill minus a tip. The manager called late the next day with the offer of a R100.00 voucher. I told him it was too little too late, if he made that offer on that same day it might have made a difference. So ,I was spilt on and made a **** and expected to spend more money to redeem a R100 voucher. Well done Ryan and Chase Charles of Cattle Baron Tygervalley
