Disrespectful Manager/owner

I attended a 40th at this establishment on the 11th which was set up with class and very smart set up, however during the speeches the manager/came in very abruptly and stood in the persons face making the speech with much aggression to tell her we were making a noise, how much noise can 1 person make when making a speech? In an environment of hospitality you should have more grace and RESPECT for paying clients. I for 1 won't recommend anyone there.
