*Bad Service *

<p>Being my first time at any Cattle Baron Grill House in Tyger Waterfront In Bellville Cape Town. I either expected more from the experience since everyone has told me Its a great company and people love their food.</p> <p> </p> <p>So i walk in well me and my family since it was my mother 60th Birthday, and immediatly we get seated outside in the outside area thats closed off which seems to be the spot where all i noticed most of the coloureds were allocated in the resuarant. Not that this changes my life, but when it came to service from our waiter it become obvious which race had prefernce in the restuarant.</p> <p> </p> <p>Anyway so people that came in after us he will fall over his feet to assist yet when we had a 20 min waiting period overall just waiting to get his attention. We ordered cooldrinks and when my mom asked for Ice he said " Yes Mam" and sadly he brought a glass that was not clean and also never brought the ice. It was a buffet and each time we went to get food our dirty plates were obviously on the table but our waiter did not come and check to remove dirty dishes only when the Manager came to check hour things were did he then remove the dirty dishes. Its appauling that there was clearly a race Preference when we all paying the same money to have the same food Its actually ridiculous.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I enjoyed part of the menu that was offered at the buffet but the atmosphere was not too inviting. So on the drive home my mom said and i kind of agree with her, I dont think we will be visiting Cattle Barron again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Disappointed</p>
