unprofessional manager

I was shocked one night when I was at cattle barons constantia, with friends on mother's day. the waiter gave us excellent service although he made a mistake with what we wanted to order. the manager Hilary came over and shouted and insulted the writer in front of all the people, embarrassing him and the patrons. she was rude and insulting calling him ***********. I feel she spoilt the whole mother's day experience for not only us nut the rest of the restaurant. she was unprofessional, rude and disgusting not only to our waiter but to a number of the other waiters that were working that day. So instead of lingering longer and having some more drinks, we paid our bill and went somewhere else for drinks.
