Bad Management

We went on Friday and as we entered a couple were leaving and castigating the lady in front for the awful service they received. We then asked for our table only to be told that they did not have our booking (this is despite the fact that it was made in person). The “manager” then seated us outside and we were left to our own devices.

The food was reasonable and the restaurant packed but I am not sure that the previous couple or the 6 of us will be back any time soon
