Romantic evening ruined

We booked a table at your premises tonight for 18h30.

It has been an unfortunate night of mistakes.

Besides the fact that we were seated next to a noisy table with a few kids

We were trying to enjoy a romantic evening together.

Service was a mess.

Both our orders were wrong and our waiter Terri-Ann did not know the menu at all.

When my boyfriend made the booking he was asked was this a special occasion? On which he rep**** yes and The man taking the booking said he will organize flowers for our table.

None of this has realized and with all the mess ups etc our evening has really been disappointing.

His plans to propose was spoiled
