Bad quality product

Hi

I bought you waterproof Brush Ink tatoo eyeliner. The tip of the eyeliner you use to apply the brush stroke is not a tip at all. It looks like a brush that was not stored properly and is showing in more than one direction.

I cannot use this product the apply my eyeliner and spesifically biught this to use on my holiday as it is waterproof.

Highly dissapointed that a product that is not cheap at all has such bad qualifty and cannit be used.
