Cato ridge creamtorium Disgusting owner

This crematorium owner/manager has no professionalism or compassion. We were conducting the funeral service and he opened the rear door. Called the pastor to silence and proceeded to inform hom we were 10min over our time. I understand procedures but as the pastor apologized and said he was just wrapping up the owner informed him loudly, in front of all our mourners that "The body" should have been in the OVEN 10min ago and we need to stop now. He was rude, unprofessional and showed zero compassion. Referring to someone's mother/grandmother etc as the body is downright nasty as well as referencing the oven. He could have quietly indicated to the pastor that time is running out without traumatizing family members which included children.
