Given date to collect medication from dischem pharmacy by cato manor clinic 12/10/2018 being there twice 12/10 &19/10 no medication yet enquired today 23/ 10 medication is at clinic card states westwood dischem they are so unreliable 2 weeks now no medication *********** this medicine is very important please someone tell this *********** staff to catch a wake up or people can get very sick without some medicine
