Don't care attitude

Waiting in clinic for 3plus hours & then it's lunch time 1.5 hours lunch now thats not how healthcare should operate & after lunch another 3 hours ..... toilets are stinking in a health department now thats a health hazard (just a thought KFC advert is actually showing you how government departments are working) anyway what is gov doing to improve the facility & get people to do rite what they employed to do.
