FRUSTRATED & DISAPPOINTED

I purchased catmor for over a year I'm being feeding my cats and they were getting healthy now all of a sudden they just started loosing weight and I'm still feeding them catmor they not even gaining weight plus their hair is falling I don't know what to do I'm very frustrated please help
