Catmor questionable

After frequently having rotten food in sachets of Catmor, and a cat that constantly refused to eat certain flavors, I changed to pampers, with no issues. Then tried 1 sachet last night of Catford and my cat has not stopped vomiting and diarrhoea. This product really needs to be investigated
