<p>Disgusting service from Catia Herself.</p> <p> </p> <p>I purchased a loyalty gift card a few months ago from an agent that was contracted by Catia. This was supposed to attract new clients but in this case it chased a client away. I walked into the salon and produced this card to the receptionist and asked her if i can make a booking , she automatically said its expired so let me call the owner. When the owner approached me she immediately shouted and asked me why it had no date and stamp on it. Firstly how would I know that the sales agent should stamp and date it? After all it was not my job, I was just purchasing it. Thereafter she continued shouting that I should call the company as she outsourced them for marketing and I should arrange for them to date and stamp this card "but its probably expired anyway ". She went on shouting that the money used to purchase the voucher goes into the marketing companies bank account and she does not benefit from it as the voucher entitles the client to R1020 worth of free treatments. The only way she will benefit is when the client actually comes to her store and remains her client. So a new client walked through her doors today and she did nothing to keep the client. Instead I felt like a schoolchild been shouted at by her principle and humiliated in front of all the other staff members and clients seated.</p> <p> </p> <p>I never asked for the legalities of your business deal all I wanted to do was make a booking for my mom and I which was clearly to difficult. Even after I told her that's okay we can throw the loyalty card away she still went on rampaging about it and not interested in taking a booking FOR THIS POTENTIAL NEW CLIENT THAT SHE WORKED SO HARD ON GETTING TO HER STORE.</p> <p> </p> <p>Clearly you dont want the business. </p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely disgusting service ....</p> <p> </p>
