Worst service ever

On 8 August 2023, I went to Cathy’s number plates and vehicle registrations(Rant-en-Dal branch) to renew my driver’s license, and license disk, two weeks later, on 22 August 2023, after having no progress on either of my applications I told them to refund me, to date I have not received my refund. Even though I have been to their offices several times demanding to speak to their manager, who was always “just left before you got here, she’ll be back soon”.
