Terrible service

I submitted all the required documents to Cathy's Vehicle Licensing Co. for application for the BRNC certificate, including proof of address for the company. They made an error on the address which has caused me a lot of delays and inconveniences. They have been taking me from pillar to post, and that is since JANUARY. They are so unprofessional and they haven't been answering my calls or messages. Fairlands branch
