POOR PEFORMANCE OF CATHSSETA

I'm not happy with Cathsseta, because my daughter qualified in 2*** threw Tri***us for personal trainer but up till now she did not received her Diploma. How poor is that. So we did pay for the course but up till now she can't use her experience because there is no proof of any kind.
