Harmful psychologist

Cathryn is insenstive and destructive. I was in a relationship with a man who was her patient and I was asked to attend a session with him, which I did. I explained the horrific abuse I had suffered at the hands of this man. Cathryn asked me if the abuse was a 'cultural practice' (those were her exact words). It was many years ago that I attended this session with her in Taunton Road but I have never forgotten the secondary abuse she subjected me to. She understood full well that I was being assaulted, injured and abused and chose to side with my abuser - whether he paid her to do this, or simply just because this is the type of person she is, I will never know. My advice is to stay away from this woman, she does not heal, she harms. I'm out of the relationship now (finally) and I recognise the abuse for what it was.
