Extremely dissapointed with service received. Arrived to a non-airconditioned unit on a 40 degree day. Wanting to move units as heat was unbearable, was told by agent to rather 'wallow in jacuzzi' and 'use wet towels on our necks'. She was extremely unhelpful, rude and does not know a thing about customer service. The owner was also unhelpful in terms of discussing perhaps returning our money so we could get a new unit. She just said no and left. Make sure you confirm that units is airconditioned.
