Rude owner

So disappointed in the owner of the store we bought a dress on Saturday and I phoned the owner on the Monday and explained to her that when we got home we decided that we do not want the dress was not the color we wanted from the start and my daughter was very unhappy with the dress it was still in its original packaging just like her husband gave it to us I asked very politely if I can please sent it over night with a courier and if she can give me a refund. (I also emailed her) she was very rude and said she does not give any refunds or exchanges or credits and she looked at the camera footage and no one forced us to buy the dress she doesn't know what is our problem! . I explained to her that it was only when we got home( we drove 200km to her store) when my daughter looked at it again that she was very unhappy and that's why I am phoning her and I emailed her to ask if we can accommodate each other. This woman doesn't know how to treat customers and also doesn't realize that her customers is her bread and butter. Also her husband told us on the Saturday we bought the dress that it's imported from America but when I looked at the label it is clear this dress comes from China! I will Not recommend this store to anybody!
