Unsatisfactory cancelled booking at Cathedral Peak Wine Estate Manor

I booked a weekend away at this “estate”, once I arrived a quickly realised it was actually a guest house on a small vineyard. It was not what I expected, there is absolutely no activities or anything to do. They also don’t serve food after 4pm & you have to drive out +-30 minutes to find a restaurant. We did not even enter the room when I called the property manager & advised I was not happy. She agreed to give me a refund and stated it would not be more than 20% After messaging her twice, she said my refund was done but I only got it a week later and to my surprise I was charged almost 35% to cancel the booking. I queried this and was told that 20% goes to booking.com & the balance to the guest house. I feel completely deceived & disappointed.
