Wedding weekend

My friends daughter was married at the weekend. A lot of the wedding party stayed at the Hotel. The Hotel recommended a local wedding planner, to help with the preparations. On morning of the wedding, the brides family got the chapel and function room ready/decorated as the wedding planner only turned up at 11 am and not 9 am as stated! The hotel did nothing. The waiting staff at the function were scarce, we had to clear our own dishes. On checkout day, a lot of the wedding party had problems with their bills, they gave me a bill for drinks I had not had! The grooms stepfather had hiking boots ****** out of his room! The brides****s had dinky bottles of champers ****** out of the room! The Hotel gave the bridal couple a welcome gift of a fruit bowl which said Happy Anniversary! This is disgusting for a 4 star hotel that charges the earth! We left on Sunday, it is now Thursday at not one person from the hotel has made any effort to contact me. I ordered room service and when the lady brought it, she forgot the cutlery! This is the first AND LAST time I will stay here, and will not recommend it to anyone! I also work in the service industry, this was NOT good service! Shocking !
