<p>My partner and I booked into cathedral peak hotel yesterday, planned to stay and paid for 3 nights and we were highly dissapointed. </p> <p>We woke up after a miserable night on the hardest matress to aching shoulders and sore backs and bedding that smells like they belong on a brothel.</p> <p> We then want to shower only to be blasted with either luke warm or freezing cold water. </p> <p>The mini heater only dried our skin out, made us thirsty and did nothing whatsoever to warm up the bare, dark room. </p> <p>The safe also didnt work which is highly suspect. </p> <p>We then went to reception to make a complaint and let them know that we would rather check out and stay somewhere else and if they could please give us a refund which the manager refused and said we can get a gift card for the next time we come. </p> <p>We would never like to return to this establishment again and offering us a gift card for what we have already paid for is huge slap in the face. </p> <p> </p>
