Impossible to get a simple reservation

Their reservation staff's level of customer service is utterly poor. I have been trying to make a reservation for weeks now and they just can't get simple instructions correct. Now they just ignore my requests for an amended reservation. I really hope the rest of the service at the hotel isn't as poor as this1
