Given a second hand proofer replacement but having payed for a new one

I bought some baking equipment 27 August 2020, including a proofer worth R7500.00. It worked for about 2 weeks, in September it started not to come on and I would try it many times until it comes on after hours. We kept on using it like that hoping that it will get better until it completely did not come on. Running a bakery business needs to be always prepared to deliver to your customers. I called Caterquip to complain and was told to bring it in as per the warranty. On 19th October I organised transport and paid R400. When i got there they just ignored me, no one cared to off load it from the van and when i ask what was going on they told me to wait and said i talk too much. They told me they are too busy to attend to my proofer i have to wait for the technician or leave. I decided to sit down, keep quite and wait. Technician came he was a very polite guy who explained that the proofer cannot be fixed but needs to be replaced. He was advised to fetch an old one ( second hand) and fix it or rebuild it. Just imagine paying R7500.00 for an equipment and get a second hand one in hardly 3 months.
